So this lot can be used like a restaurant / a house for your rich sims / a villa where you can have a big party / a vacation home. In my gameplay I will use this lot like a villa where my rich sims can throw a big party for their famous and rich friends and relatives.
As for cc I used here just a little of it and it's not necessarly needed for it looks the same in your game. Just a few objects for lot loooks pretty on screenshots of your gameplay.
There are two dl options available so you can choose which one is the best for you:
- tray files and list with cc I've used
- tray files and cc in rar archive
