Normally, when the sick character feels better they return to their normal voice. Oh, as a reminder, that was the outfit Gojo was working on in ep12. The animation’s still killing it. The thing I notice the most is that they are doing a lot of expression changes WHILE turning the face. One of the writing techniques Fukuda-sensei uses is to repeat events to illustrate the growth in her characters. Although the sick visit is definitely a trope event, she uses it as a reversal of events in ep 4 to illustrate the changes Gojo has gone through. To be specific, observe the difference in his reaction to a distraught Marin. Back then, he was hesitant to offer comfort and chose to distract her.
