2023-04-12 23:37:33 +0000 UTCWhen I used to train for wrestling and on of the many things we did to keep lose weight like several weeks before weight in was after exercises we took ice water baths every day for as long as you could stand to jumpstart the metabolism to keep body temperature. We could shave another 5 pound in a week in addition to the exercise because your body will stop losing weight and adapt and the ice bath would jumpstart the system again. It work but it was a bit dangerous.
