I can't find any source on this, but I've seen people claim that it's an asian superstition that having someone eat your hair will make them fall in love with you. Could be why there were some in Shirogane's Valentine day chocolate gift. I guess Kaguya blushing was either to mislead Shirogane and win the game, or because it also crossed her mind that her answers could apply to him. Thanks for the reaction and Chika dance ^^
