As far as whether or not it's cannon: the timeline is cannon, it takes place after what will be the first arc of season 5, but the story isn't technically cannon. I.E, Deku is never going to think back to that time he gave Bakugou OFA, nor is Todoroki going to monologue about freezing the wolfman.
