I was reading the chapter just a few weeks ago and I noticed that she didn't. Maybe it was because he was still transforming and bringing Tessaiga to him reversed it.

2022-02-25 21:17:45 +0000 UTCShe used 2 times (one when Tessaiga broke, and then immediately after when Sess showed up to fight him, and Totosai spit that wall of fire to stop him from getting closer to Inu), so yeah idk why she stopped using it.

If I remember the manga correctly, Kagome was only able to use it the first time when he was still partly himself. Yeah I would be fine if Inuyasha had the option to take it off whenever he wanted. Choosing to keep it out of safety shows strength of character. Plus eventually deciding that he didn't need it shows trust and growth.

2022-02-25 03:00:28 +0000 UTCThis is why I never liked this beads in Inuyasha or Yashahime. I understand they were needed at the beginning but as Inuyasha grew they became more of just cheap comedy. He literally has to wear a symbol of subjugation for all to see. And it makes Kagome seem petty. They have a love that time and distance couldn't stop. The writers should them grow up and remove the beads or let wearing them be Inuyasha's choice. Just like you have here; I love this!
