Finally caught up with the reactions and I gotta say, the way the show treated the Japanese contests is so appalling, especially in the beginning. Now knowing that many of the Japanese contests weren't told what kind of show they were going on and were unprepared makes me even more mad. Especially since due to this show, a lot of K-pop fans formed a negative opinion of J-pop, a perception that still exists today. The idol scene in Japan is way more diverse than in Korea and what one group does when it comes to training is not the same for the others. Every idol group has a different goal in mine. Just wanted to say that. Loving your reactions so far.
