LOL I laughed when you said “Hello my husband’s husband (Donghae)…and then it’s my husband (Eunhyuk)” because that’s EXACTLY how I describe Eunhyuk and Donghae, respectively 🤣 For idol-actors, when they started there was a stigma and I remember netizens judging them especially if they were offered big roles at the start. Those like IU and EXO’s D.O. definitely proved themselves enough to drop the “idol” in “idol-actor”, but even nowadays netizens will judge (like Jisoo for Snowdrop) and if the idol doesn’t act to their standards then there’s a backlash on social media. It’s pretty much the same for idols who appear in musicals (but this time it’s more the singing style/capability that’s judged), which is why I’m always so proud when I see comments from people acknowledging Kyuhyun’s growth as a musical actor—or even better, not realizing he was an idol in the first place! Also, I learned from watching a vocal coach that those sounds into the mic when people say letters like t/d/p/b are called “plosives” — so you’re totally right about them being live because by D&E saying those sounds into the microphone, the feedback will sometimes sound like loud, low frequency “booms” or “p-pops.”

It was so worth it to go to suju even though it was a joint concert, so if they ever come again to Kcon LA or NY and you're able to go, don't hesitate

2023-11-05 00:27:43 +0000 UTC(comment based on watching just part 1) i was there for both days(my first time seeing them btw lol it was crazy) and literally most of the audience were elf. also a lot of them came only for suju (like me lol) but enjoyed and cheered for the other groups as well. suju were last for both days and it was pretty exhausting to wait for them while standing ngl (apparently last year's kcon in saudi arabia was mostly seats with like a standing section idk why they changed) so we're hoping theyre also gonna come for their own concerts even though they didn't come for ss9 idk why :( not even delight party. i also hope they go to europe and the US. Elf have fancams of super dancers even at airports lol so we understand. they also follow their insta accounts. also at some point suju called this specific dancer(Patt) "yesung junior" haha.
