Once upon a time, in a realm of the cosmos, where the fabric of space and time interwove with mystical energy, there lived a skilled practitioner of Space Magic named Eve. A prodigy in her field, she had gained fame and respect throughout countless galaxies. Yet, despite her renown, she was restless, yearning for new adventures and a deeper understanding of the enigmatic powers she wielded.
One day, while studying the ancient texts of the Astral Archives, Eve stumbled upon a blueprint for a unique vessel known as the Hut-Ship. A marvelous creation, the Hut-Ship was a living, sentient vessel designed to traverse the void while providing a comfortable, self-sustaining environment for its passengers. Intrigued by the prospect of building her very own Hut-Ship and exploring the unknown reaches of space, Eve decided to embark on a new adventure.
The construction of the Hut-Ship required rare materials sourced from the farthest corners of the universe. Eve traveled tirelessly through countless solar systems, gathering the necessary elements to bring the blueprint to life. The Hut-Ship's living hull was made of the enchanted bark of the Yggdrasil tree, imbued with the power to regenerate and adapt. Its sails were woven from the ethereal threads of the Cosmic Loom, enabling it to catch the solar winds and sail effortlessly through the void.
With every component in place, Eve set to work, using her Space Magic to bind the materials and imbue them with the essence of the cosmos. Her abilities allowed her to harmonize with the living components of the vessel, creating an empathic bond that would enable her to control the Hut-Ship with her thoughts and emotions.
The construction took months of meticulous labor, but at last, the Hut-Ship was complete. A magnificent construct, it resembled an organic wooden hut with sails of shimmering, iridescent fabric. Eve christened her new vessel "The Celestial Voyager" and prepared to embark on her most daring adventure yet.
Before setting off, Eve visited her mentor, an ancient being known as Master Xanar. The venerable sage had guided her in the ways of Space Magic since she was a child. She sought his blessing and any wisdom he could share for the journey ahead.
Master Xanar's eyes twinkled as he gazed upon the Hut-Ship. "A remarkable creation, Eve," he said, a note of pride in his voice. "The universe holds many secrets, some of which even I have yet to uncover. Be ever curious, and never let fear hold you back."
With a final embrace and heartfelt farewell, Eve boarded the Celestial Voyager, her heart filled with a mixture of excitement and trepidation. As the Hut-Ship's sails unfurled, it caught the solar winds, and she set off into the vast expanse of the cosmos.
The universe was a boundless ocean of stars and celestial wonders. Eve traversed the void, using her Space Magic to manipulate the currents of space-time and propel the Celestial Voyager to unimaginable speeds. She visited remote planets teeming with life, where she learned new magical techniques from the local inhabitants. She explored ancient ruins on long-dead worlds, searching for relics that would deepen her understanding of the cosmos and her own powers.
Each new discovery brought her closer to unraveling the enigma that was Space Magic. Yet, despite her many adventures, Eve felt a lingering sense of loneliness. The vastness of the universe weighed heavily upon her, and she longed for companionship to share in her experiences.
One fateful day, while exploring the far reaches of the Andromeda Galaxy, Eve came across a desolate planet with a unique energy signature. Intrigued, she navigated the Celestial Voyager to the planet's surface, where she discovered the remnants of a long-lost civilization. Amid the ruins, she found a peculiar crystalline artifact pulsating with magical energy.
Eve gently held the artifact in her hands, and a sudden surge of energy enveloped her. The crystal began to glow, and from its depths emerged a spectral figure. The translucent entity introduced itself as Nota, the last guardian of the ancient race that once inhabited the planet.
The two beings felt an instant connection, their shared affinity for magic bridging the gap between them. Nota shared her knowledge of the planet's history and the unique Space Magic techniques her people had developed before their demise. In return, Eve offered to bring Nota with her on her journey, allowing the guardian to explore the universe and continue her people's legacy.
With a newfound sense of purpose, Nota eagerly accepted Eve's offer, and together they embarked on a new chapter of their cosmic adventure. Their combined knowledge and abilities made them an unstoppable force, uncovering hidden realms and arcane secrets across the universe.
The Celestial Voyager continued its journey through the void, propelled by the solar winds and the magic coursing through its living hull. Eve and Nota, now inseparable friends, ventured to the farthest corners of the cosmos, boldly exploring the unknown. As they journeyed together, they developed a deeper understanding of the Hut-Ship and its many remarkable features.
The Celestial Voyager's living hull, made of the enchanted bark of the Yggdrasil tree, possessed an innate ability to self-repair and adapt to various cosmic environments. This allowed the vessel to withstand the harshest of conditions, from the crushing gravity of black holes to the searing heat of supernovae.
The iridescent sails woven from the Cosmic Loom were designed to harness not only solar winds but also the energy of the astral plane. This unique feature enabled the Hut-Ship to travel vast distances in the blink of an eye, effortlessly traversing wormholes and other spatial anomalies.
Within the Celestial Voyager, the interior space was larger than its exterior dimensions suggested, thanks to a spatial enchantment known as the Infinity Room. This allowed for comfortable living quarters, a well-stocked library containing the knowledge of countless worlds, and a greenhouse that provided fresh produce and herbs for sustenance.
The Hut-Ship's energy source was an arcane fusion reactor, which combined the power of elemental crystals with the raw energy of the cosmos. This not only powered the vessel but also amplified Eve's and Nota's Space Magic, allowing them to perform incredible feats that were previously thought impossible.
As they delved further into the mysteries of the universe, Eve and Nota encountered other beings who shared their thirst for knowledge and adventure. They welcomed these new companions aboard the Celestial Voyager, creating a diverse crew of explorers who became like family.
Together, they ventured deeper into the void, driven by their insatiable curiosity and a shared sense of purpose. Along the way, they uncovered long-forgotten civilizations, unlocked the secrets of powerful relics, and pushed the boundaries of their own magical abilities. The camaraderie and love that blossomed among the crew forged an unbreakable bond that transcended species and worlds.
As the years passed, Eve and Nota became renowned throughout the universe, their names synonymous with discovery and the pursuit of knowledge. They were hailed as pioneers, their adventures inspiring countless others to follow in their footsteps and explore the cosmos. The Celestial Voyager became a symbol of unity, a testament to the potential that lay in the hearts of all beings when they came together for a common goal.
Despite their numerous triumphs, the crew of the Celestial Voyager never lost sight of the lessons they had learned from their mentor, Master Xanar. The wisdom he had imparted upon them—that curiosity was the key to enlightenment and fear should never hold one back—served as a guiding light throughout their journey.
In time, as their fame grew, Eve and Nota were sought out by beings from across the universe who wished to learn the secrets of Space Magic. They opened a cosmic academy aboard the Celestial Voyager, teaching the next generation of explorers the arcane arts and instilling in them the values of curiosity, courage, and unity.
With each passing year, the legacy of Eve, Nota, and the crew of the Celestial Voyager expanded, leaving an indelible mark on the fabric of the cosmos. The tales of their adventures echoed through the stars, inspiring new generations to reach for the heavens and dare to dream of the unknown.
And as for the Celestial Voyager, the living Hut-Ship that had borne them through the void, it continued to evolve, its magical essence growing stronger with each new discovery and adventure. With Eve and Nota at its helm, it sailed through the cosmos, a beacon of hope and wonder for all who gazed upon it.
As the years turned into centuries, their names became legends, their exploits immortalized in the annals of cosmic history. And though the universe continued to expand, revealing ever more mysteries to be explored, the spirit of Eve, Nota, and the Celestial Voyager lived on, a testament to the boundless potential of friendship, knowledge, and the magic that exists within the hearts of all who dare to dream.
And so, the intrepid crew of the Celestial Voyager continued their journey, their hearts brimming with love, curiosity, and an unyielding desire to explore the vast, mysterious expanse of the universe. Their story is a timeless testament to the power of unity and the endless possibilities that awaited those who dared to journey beyond the stars.
Eve snapped shut the interface to the Library that she had been using to read. A little light reading had been in order while the Ritual of Return was carved into the void by Witch’s Dust. At least this one wasn’t another volume of Silver Witch and the Sailor. I don’t believe for a moment Nota is writing that for the alleged reason of having something to sell in an emergency.
The Ritual of Return twisted into a conclusion with a snap of solidified space. Eve looked the runes over making sure everything was in order before she stepped into the central point of the three-dimensional ritual. She had thought long and hard and decided to resolve the current situation smoothly. Rather than attempt to continue to Charlotte’s world, it was easier just to deconstruct her form. The destruction would snap her consciousness back to the Prison Plane. From there, returning to Charlotte would be effortless. Well, effortless compared to finding my way from where I am now.
Eve powered up the Ritual of Return using the mana generated by Shroud. It took mere moments for her body to disintegrate. There was the sensation of a sharp crack before she opened her eyes in the Prison Plane. Her body was currently inside a sealed silver runic box. Checking she made sure the Status hadn’t changed from when she left Finn’s world. Satisfied, she created another construct-body outside the box.
“Oh? Something went wrong in transit?” commented the World Tree.
“A minor problem that’s been resolved,” Eve said glancing sharply at the tree as she re-wove clothing from Witch’s Dust.
“I see, I see. Congratulations on the power-up. One-twentieth increase it appears?” the World Tree said.
“You knew power gained from other worlds could be kept,” Eve said as she narrowed her eyes turning to face the World Tree fully.
“I did. Anyone who is Summoned figures it out rather fast.” The wooden annoyance replied.
Eve rolled her eyes before reaching out across the connection to Ralph. Summon me.
Sitting down, Eve began the wait. While he might not know immediately how Ralph had access now to someone who did.
Iantha would immediately be able to check the Time Plains and pull the correct Ritual to hand.
“A nice bit of insurance,” Eve murmured. It isn’t because I’m slightly leery of traveling the void at the moment. No. I’m just playing it cautiously. She nodded at the perfectly logical thoughts.
A sapphire crystal phased into existence floating in front of her constructed body. Felix sparkled slightly before saying, “Reminder: Contract with the group of Glass, White, Purple, and Red is up in a year.”
“Ugh, when Wilson synchronized the universes, rats!” Eve grumbled rubbing her forehead. Kudzu, how are we on Project Growth?
A vine grew out of the ground opening into a mouth to say, “Ninety-seven percent complete. Did you want to use it on those four brats?”
“Yes. Per the Contract, offer them the option when it is a hundred percent good to go.” Eve said firmly. “Also, have them all visit the Silver Fingers of Heaven as a reward if they choose to use Project Growth.”
“The obsession with spreading seeds is good,” Kudzu said.
“Been baking a lot of bread while I was gone?” Eve countered. She managed to get the last word in on the plant as a Summons took hold of her form whisking her to Charlotte’s world.

2023-03-21 05:35:30 +0000 UTCkind of laughing at the rendition written by Nota, while being a bit sad that we really didn't get alot of.. plot? is that the right word to use? She went back to her original body, said hello to the tree, found out she can keep the power she gains and finally went off to see Charlotte. We, really only confirmed some things that were speculated about. I'm also very curious on how much time has passed in Charlotte's world and if there is a time dilation. Guess part of my frustration, was that I thought we'd finally get to see what happened over there XD and what kinds of hell her devotees got up to.
