Battle! Swollen Cynthia

To give some perspective as to how my creative process for these poll winners goes: the original ideas for this one involved "Cynthia chews gum during a battle to taunt her opponent" and "Cynthia is walking outside when 'some balloon Pokémon' inflates her until she floats away.
I decided to combine them into "Cynthia is battling until she blows up into a blueberry from the gum she's chewing". That then turned into "Cynthia is inflated by her opponent's balloon Pokémon". And then that turned into "Cynthia is inflated by Hex Maniac's balloon Pokémon", because you just know she'd do some weirdo freak shit like that.
...speaking of blueberry- the alternate version should be up tomorrow. Nonpopping + berry this time. Some of the changes are a little involved.
