Make sure you have 7zip installed as well as have the 7zip options enabled on your right click context menu. You can highlight all the zip files, right click, choose 7zip > Extract Files. In the extract dialog box, make sure to choose where you want to extract them to. If there are any checkboxes that ARE checked, make sure to UNCHECK them, also change Path Mode to 'No pathnames' so it doesn't try to create extra folders.

It sounds like maybe the texture isn't loading properly? Sometimes if you have a popup that asks for script permission it will pause loading everything. This could be it. Make sure to restart VAM and only load into the scene and make sure to accept any popup boxes.
The only dependency that could cause the issue is the Loli Base Model. But that is included in the download. Make sure you installed everything in the zip file into the AddonPackages folder.

I have a question. The included panties on the create-a-loli scene comes up like a plastered white texture. Am I missing a dependency? I downloaded all from hub but it still comes up.

You might have to change the server. I use VPN too and it isn't a problem on my end. If you can't find a server that works for you just send me a DM.

Var files go in the AddonPackages folder. Just extract the .Var from the 7z file and slap them directly into that folder

I cant find the scenes in my scene browser. I put the Var files in the scenes folder like all of my other scenes but yours don't show in Vam. I have "show hidden" checked, still nothing.
