The final warthog run takes about 4 mins, even when executed perfectly, no flips, no crashes, and some shortcuts that really expert players figured out. It’s pretty brutal. The key is really just to never flip it over, and get the weaving mechanic down really good. Also there is a tunnel that will shave off like 15ish seconds. But you really gotta have a good understanding of how it handles and what to do with the thumbsticks. Fun fact: the last level ‘the maw” can be done in about 7 1/2 mins.

2025-11-05 17:13:42 +0000 UTCi'm not gonna say the warthog run is overblown, but as someone who grew up with the crappy halo 1 driving and had my own crashouts on the warthog run, i can usually get it now with 2 or less deaths. if you never drove the warthog a lot it can be a bish.
