When Rae says imagine just being there and being anxious the whole time, and makes the decision based off that, it just teaches her brain to accept those fears as inevitable. If you want to slowly lose the ability to fight anxiety with truth, this is how you do it.

I get that it works for WAI because true crime is like a Reddit AITA where the answer is always a resounding "yes, you're the asshole, go to prison", but in my heart of hearts I'm always hoping QT will give us a hot doc recommendation where the subject isn't primarily murder/abuse.

How can you be so vile to a girl who was as much a victim as anyone else in the situation?
