2024-12-17 15:23:21 +0000 UTCCompletely understand the concern about dead air on a live broadcast, but I will say it's extremely nice to also give the audience a break and not have them worry about missing anything if they gotta get up to use the bathroom or anything. I'm a YouTube viewer so I often pause the stream here and there so those spots of dead air gave me a chance to fast forward and catch back up to live. I think a 5 minute pause after performances is fine.
