As someone currently working on the guest list for my wedding it's definitely hard to figure out the list! But then again, some cuts are SUPER easy =). Most of ours are out of state so we are hoping it will help. RE the imbalance, we will definitely have WAY more of his family there since they are much larger but I'm ok with that!

Watching someone passionate about a topic go off is always fun, so seeing QT talk about wedding meta's was cool! It also felt reminiscent of my childhood because I grew up with two sisters and 4 cousins (all girls) and most of them aren't around me anymore. I missed the girl talk. Actually, that's probably why I enjoy this podcast so much in general.

So definitely no kids beside my nieces, and only inviting immediate family, cousins, and friends. There will always be drama with a wedding so just do it however you want.

Also loved the wedding dress section, Hayley Paige had a death grip on me in high school I thought I would wear her dress at my wedding. A couple suggestions I have: Mint fantome or matara kan who currently have a podcast together with some similar energy to wine about it where they just get together once a week and talk about whatever. Takanashi Kiara from hololive English, she is currently in a more traditional vtuber corporation and could be a fantastic guest, I think she would get along with both of you very well

They're both absolute veterans who have been streaming for over a decade, Mata knows Marche from back in the day so you could talk about that and Limes is close friends with Vinny Vinesauce, she ways streaming with him before twitch was a thing and she even used to be a twitch staffer so there's a ton of interesting topics you could touch on. 🙇♂️

Changed into embroidered converse for the reception. Did NOT do a garter toss, that shits weird. We invited children to our wedding but most of our family chose to leave them at home. Our wedding was similar to what Maya was saying about family sizes being different, 70% of people we invited were from my family because my husband has a small family, he invited more friends than I did because of this so we were both happy. Like QT, my husband has way more friends than me so our bridal party was uneven but it worked out fine.
