Sunburns are first degree burns, so I definitely agree about the lip blistering and swelling situation being a really bad sunburn, which seems to have turned into a second degree burn. Ouchie!! Hope it heals fast!! (Luckily lip/mouth regions heal faster than most other areas of the body since it's an area built to have a higher turnover of the cells)
