While I respect and understand your opinion (i think I’d generally be uncomfortable with my partner being in communication with his exes), context is very important here. Everyone has their own expectations and boundaries within their own relationships and Maya and Caleb’s boundaries are their business. It’s okay to not accept similar actions in your own relationships but she’s not your partner, and maybe her partner doesn’t think of it as a red flag. To say she doesn’t respect him is a bit presumptuous. This is also what seems to be an ex from the eighth grade that was rather a unserious relationship + mostly a joke at this point.

advice would be a cool segment! ALSO you can bring a parachute but it has to be inside of a carryon (or checked bag but suggested not to do that). yes tsa may think that its a bomb. in an automatic one there are explosives in it. they will have to go through it (unpack it). a parachute needs be packed by someone qualified to pack it so unless you learn to pack it and repack it before the flight and somehow manage to pull it out of ur carry on during an emergency it would not be much help. ( you may be able to get a card and like xray of whats inside and them not pack it but they can still unpack it if they want)

"Well if it's not the first episode...you're not going to introduce yourself every episode." -Maya I know Wine About It is going for the vibes of a phone call between QT and Maya, but introducing yourself at the start of every episode of the pod is absolutely the most basic common practice of most podcasts. I imagine QT and Maya think their Wine About It audience is largely Twitch/Youtube frogs who watch the video version and know them already, but on the off chance a new person organically finds the pod through Spotify algorithm, or an absolute normie gets it recommended to them by a friend, I'm sure new listeners would appreciate knowing the names of whoever is speaking. Alas, audio listeners, the only information given to you "she's peeing."

2 hours 30 was about the time I got for my first half marathon and I wasn’t sore the next day either. If you run/walk 3-4 miles a day consistently you can do a half marathon without too much trouble. The hard part about a marathon is that you run out of energy 19-20 miles in. After that it’s all about just forcing your legs to keep going. My first marathon I walked pretty much the last 5 miles and got a 5:56. I think lud can beat that.
