And has admitted and spoken out about his intent to continue to do bad shit if released. He got a hold of some like very small electronics while incarcerated currently and did some insane shit with it.

Its fucking nuts. You guys should really look into it and watch those videos. Theyre good and educational cause thats a topic where you need to know to help older people.

You really do have great chemistry together :) But I think I'll take a little break, the youtube algorithm put me down a rabbit hole and now I keep thinking about Maya in my everyday life, which feels really unhealthy. I've never have that happen to me before, but it's hard to think about other women, when somebody is out there who is so funny, loves animals, can sing beautifully, is a hard worker and is just absolutely gorgeous. Not blaming you guys at all, you are not selling that kind of parasocial relationship, it just kind of happend. Never thought this could happen to me though. Anyways, love you guys and I'm looking forward to more wine about it come spring!

2023-12-27 00:51:16 +0000 UTCSince Maya brought up the GTA 6 hacker, if it'll help anyone feel even a slight bit better, the "GTA 6 hacker gets life in prison" headline was an exaggeration. tl;dr he has been involved in many hacks beyond the GTA 6 hack, and it's not any fixed sentence, but rather he's at a secure hospital until doctors says he's no longer a high risk to the public. It's still very sad because he's so young, but the guy is extremely unwell. 1. He's an 18-year-old who is part of a notorious hacking group, and was already being charged for involvement with hacks of Nvidia and British Telecom, stealing crypto by hacking crypto wallets of people, the list goes on. While out on bail for those charges (but still under police protection at a hotel), he did the GTA 6 hack (which included trying to extort the developer for money/crypto or else he would release the hacked game info). 2. Medical experts said that between his acute autism and other mental health issues, the guy is unfit to stand trial and assigning criminal intent wasn't even possible/part of the trial. The jury just had to determine whether he did the hack or not. 3. He did it, and during the medical interviews, essentially he said he would keep hacking. Between the past cybercrimes, the admission of future intent to cybercrime, and some violence while he was in custody, the judge went for the indefinite hospital order. I don't believe there's a minimum sentence, so the guy could "get parole" and be released in weeks or months if he shows improvement, but that's probably a long shot given the severity of his condition and mindset. Sorry for bothering y'all with the long comment, but "gamer news" headlines on social media were pretty misleading about this!
