As someone who grew up very religious and now being an adult who can think for themselves it's sad how religion is portrayed to young people and I think just in general. I also think spirituality is a great thing to get into and learn about because it's not so cut and dry and it's more real imo.

You’ll lose at first, but then it’ll come back & sometimes you’ll gain more. It sucks ass & it’s hard asf when you’re struggling with food, but you need to eat more food so your metabolism doesn’t slow down & you don’t cause your body to shut down. I hope this helps anyone who’s struggling & I hope you get to where you’d like to be 💙

Like, while listening, I realized you could treat Jesus as metaphor for yourself. You worship him because it's hard to worship yourself, but I think the end goal is to learn to love yourself through him. Despite everything, I think religion can offer a lot for some people and you can still gain from it if you aren't religious yourself.
