Bathroom attendants are a pretty common thing in Europe too (more usually at a McDonalds or a highway rest stop or shopping malls, less common in bars and restaurants), and they get paid in tips, even in a continent that's generally not very heavy on tips. I know one or two people who have done that, if it's a busy location they make pretty decent money for unskilled labor. But in Europe they don't try to sell you anything, they just clean.

I think aliens are out there but the odds that they've been here or them suddenly being here are next to 0. Maybe we'll detect something out there someday but space is so insanely vast, to do any sort of journey doesn't feel feasible to me for any kind of civilization. And there are some creators that like that banter. I have spent many hours in a chat where HAHA BALD (and the like) is completely accepted and even expected. So it's super good to point this out about both themselves and people they know personally. Everyone IS different hopefully the person errs on the side of caution next time.

Feels like its natural that there are some "inside jokes" that the Wine About It-community would be in on, and riffing off those if you are asking a question/interact with the community, would seem like a natural thing to do. Would that be more OK (as long as its within the community, not dragging in "outsiders" like the slime interaction) or would you also consider that bad form?
