R&R patch: Bonus & combat skills!

And after the release of "Rise and Ravish", my huge project of last month (did you checked it? Go check it, please, I worked so hard on this xD), here comes the first patch for it! ;)
Mainly, some fixes & revisit on bonus places, as well as a twist on each main skills :
- "Endure!" lasts 2 turns, now.
- "Ointment!" heals up to 10 HP.
- "With might!" allows you to choose which opponent you attack!
(I didn't thought I would be able to program this one that quick, but hey, lucky day, it seems!)
