Wow Vic is total douche bag. I have to side with buck here though. Contract or no you cannot FORCE people to do something and he is an employee not a slave. (That and Vic may be the owner BUT he does not run things so...)

I just hope Buck doesn't get fired, cuz it feels like so much has been invested in him as a main character that it'd be a waste to lose him.
