Dev Log 0.51a: Corrupted Courtesans

I made a nice attempt to get back into the swing of things this week... And in the 11th hours... I pulled it off. I do still feel there is a bit of an issue that I'm more meeting some arbitrary writing quota than progressing forward, but being able to pick up the pace is necessary regardless.

The first section is a replacement for what happens if you give Lisa's behind a little pinch of friday. You might even learn something about Haily's weeding style!

The larger selection is a whole new scene on Saturday afternoon, letting you join Lisa in her room. Having a little heart to heart about the things she values in life. Alternatively, you could have a different kind of heart to heart.

For new content, that's it. I still wasn't in top form but there was something else hanging over me. For the past few months I had a backlog of bugs! You all know how much I value having a clean slate each week... so this was spoiling that. But it's not like I can just turn a blind eye to them either! People spent their valuable time finding them for me! Helping to make the game better.

And at long last they are done. Even the backlog of spelling and grammar mistakes got finished (Thank you Cronn).

But my excuse from last week I think still holds pretty firm. Apparently a brush with mortality isn't something you walk off in a week. And while my phrasing may seem callous... I take solace in the fact that I am actually affected by this. It's very efficient you know, not having to feel the emotions but still knowing they're there.

Really, Cronn and Fantasy did their best to drag development along this week, with me being quite the dead weight! But that's just how it is sometimes. Life happens, you prioritise things. Ha, even now me talking about this, half of you have stopped by to beg me to take time off! Sadly for you, I'm the one I have to convince... and I believe in my ability to get work done.

... I think I put too many negatives in that. Oh well, doesn't matter. It's bed time!
