Dev Log 0.42a: Fond Memories

Phew... Finally done. It's been a while since I went over schedule. It's not something I like doing, but when it hit 6am and I still had 15 renders to do and I even have a little sniffle... It was time to call it and have a nap.

This week is another one where I was trying to tackle a bit of Sami and a bit of scene requests. And combined with just life invasions, Sami got a bit of the short end of the stick. We do however have some really great scene requests!

The first one is just running through an average day in the life of MC. It's got a bunch of cute stuff and how his life is going. Well... his corruption level 5 life... If you know what I mean!

After that, There is another event organised for everyone, a photo shoot. And bring the wide angle lenses because all these ladies are pregnant. And by all... I mean all, including the side characters, they're all here.

Beyond that, I was working on Sami during dinner on friday and it was another one of those complex scenes that took ages, even though I didn't change much. Then when it came time to render... I just didn't have it in me. There are even a bunch of things I saw I missed in testing. But we're like 20 hours past the due time and it can wait until next week.

That brings me to how the sprint is going, we're three weeks in and about half way... I really like my four week sprints. I am very excited by three week sprints... but occasionally I have to settle for five. Doesn't make me feel good and even though I'm putting down loads of good work, the task list doesn't feel like it's shrinking.

What I'm saying is that this sprint, scene requests and Sami preg 1, is gonna go at least 6 (two more) weeks... possibly even 6. After that I'm gonna have a week off (this has been mandated by fantasy and I don't get a say). And not that last one where I worked for all of it!

Anyway... The upload bars are done, and it's time to take an unscheduled nap.
