Dev Log 0.39b: Nighttime

As usual for the B builds, it's preview time!

It finally feels like I'm starting to pick up momentum again. We're still on fewer larger scenes, and I'm disappointed I didn't get any Jenny in there this week, but at this stage Sami C5 is basically down to her progression scene and cleanup.

And I've certainly been enjoying some Sami stuff, even if I feel like I haven't been pushing the scenes to the appropriate extremes. But that's part of me getting back in my stride.

Firstly, there was a scene that some people pointed out was not finished, well it's now finished. Specifically the path within pregnant Carla and pregnant Haily wakeup with Sami.

After that, there are some nice character moments with Alex and Sami in the shower together. What fun!

Finally for this week in whole new scenes, a lot of the things that can happen when you go to exercise with Sami in the mornings were still playing into her earlier corruption level meanie pants persona. Now she's not like that, and if Haily turns up, she can join you on your run! And I'll tell you, that image up there is not the image in the game.

Then, at the eleventh hour, I decided that it really needed that little bit extra. Not that that's relevant to you guys at all... but I like to pat myself on the back.

Besides that, apparently there has been a bug in Lina Nerve progression where it errors any time you get nerve... That's fixed and I hope it hasn't been in the game too long, but I feel like it has.

On top of that, the image of Haily peeking over the counter no longer looks like a black void, if you know it, you know it.

Besides that...

No story time tonight, I'm gonna go to sleep instead and I've got nothing to say. I feel like I might have, but it's gone now. Hopefully I don't fall asleep while the upload is happening, that would be embarrassing and has totally never happened before...
