Dev Log 0.19b: Teamwork

It's preview release time!

Sometimes scene writing goes really well, other times you're just bashing your head against it. Eventually the wall comes down and the scene is done though. My head is thicker than the wall.

It's a surprisingly large scene it turns out, having Alex try to fix Sami. Quite a few permutations and they all go in very different directions. It might even be a scene that can go in the most different directions. especially if you factor in the Carla stuff from last week. Some interesting inspirations, a bit of pain all around and if you're lucky, a few smiles too.

Also on top of that we got some more Carla G roping (Auto smut detect doesn't like that word). Nice little bit of extra and a new mail from it. Lin always runs interference in the strangest ways. Also yeah... some weeks there just isn't a huge choice of non nude images to put up so enjoy the butt massage preview.

So... story time this week... let's think... can I think? It's 4am again.

But as long as I finish all this before I sleep, then I still have a full day off tomorrow. It's a good feeling to have that full day off, makes me know I'm taking care of myself. I mean, if I did leave this to tomorrow I'd probably stretch out the half hours of work and typing and uploading across most of the day and I'd have it hanging over me, and it's not a day off if you've got work hanging over you. Even if it is fun work talking to you guys.

What else to talk about? I mean a few personal things happened, but as I've said before, this is a dev log, not a diary. I could run a diary if people are interested but I'm not a particularly interesting person. Sure, a lot of interesting things have happened too me... but that's just life, everyone has some stories you can coax out of them. The day to day life of sitting at a computer and writing all day doesn't do well in a day by day format.

My Hollywood friend got tired of all the terrible scripts they have to read and begged me to write something good for them to pitch. Who knows, maybe something I write will end up on the TV? At the end of the day though, like any other little project, Cabin comes first.

Anyway... I'll see you guys... probably in a few days when I throw up a character poll.
