Dev Log 0.15a: History

Today has been an interesting week. Wait... oh well doesn't matter...

After the traditional bugfest of a new version release got all sorted out I got stuck into that Sami progression scene. It was already half done I should be able to bang it out in half a day... It was not half done and it did not take half a day. Mostly because it just kept growing. Pure word count wise it's now one of the larger scenes, even if Sami isn't as much of a talker as Alex. But she is more willing to budge on the topic of what she'll do to you.

Once that was finished I may have had a little panic because I suddenly had about a day and a half and I didn't even have renders done yet. Regardless I sat down to do it... and then it was all done. Huh... that was fast. True I didn't get a big pile of full scenes done but some nice stuff happened that has been waiting ever since I left Alex's C4 half finished like two months ago.

Some of this is her just saying goodbye or hello in a more appropriate way. A bunch of this is some changed up dialogue in her forest scene, including a whole new section when you ask her how she's doing. The changes that happen to Alex aren't just happening here, it effects her every day life, but I'll leave it to you all to find out how.

That being said Alex's Forest scene is pretty choc full already. It has so many dependencies on various corruption levels... making this more complicated is going to make it impossible to read the guide. So I'm just going to clone the scene so I can rebuild it from all it's component parts in a more fitting form for her high corruption levels. More versatile and better user experience and an efficient use of effort, win/wins all around. But that's a next week problem.

In other news I do have stuff to say about Fuckmore. Anyone who reads this far though will probably remember that I pushed myself a little too hard recently. The upshot of that was that I didn't feel like spending the time I did have to myself making more games. That's the system working as intended though. Really the healthier my development cycle, the more Fuckmore I will naturally generate every week. The past few weeks have been very healthy and progress has once again been excellent. I'm excited for the next adventure of Sarah and Kylee... oh and MC will probably tag along... I guess.

Oh yeah, today's pic... every render I did this week involves genitals and nudity... so you get this one instead. Also I decided that Kylee is a Melbournian, therefore she has the right to be a total coffee snob at all times.
