Kaeya NSFW process + BTS info
Added 2022-04-13 17:00:06 +0000 UTCI rarely save my wips, so this one is kinda almost done. I didn't have enough patience for this piece cuz in the middle of the process I got tired of it.
There're many things I didn't like in this piece such as light (the drawing is too dark), Kaeya's face, his skin and so on. I know I could probably make it a bit better, but this piece literally sucked all my will to draw out of me x)
Tho it's a perfect piece to learn from! When I fail I do my best to analyse what exactly I don't like and how can I fix it. For example in this piece I worked too much on the bg, especially spent too much time drawing the couch (a few days cuz I wanted it to be perfect) and spent even more time drawing Kaeya (the problem here was that I work with every base layer (hair, skin, etc). For example, I apply shadows and light only on skin, then move on to applying shadows\light on hair and so on. This is time consuming so most artists usually make base colors, merge them all and word with the whole piece instead of dividing everything into parts like me. This was my mistake.)
