Problems with pledges...
Added 2019-02-03 22:36:23 +0000 UTCI’ve gotten a lot of messages from you guys saying that you’re unable to see content from me. 😭
On my end there has been an issue with Patreon’s ability to process both new and existing pledges, resulting in a lapse of viewable content. This is incredibly frustrating as I have so much content to give you guys this month and I’m really hoping Patreon resolves this problem quickly!
While some new pledges HAVE been able to process, I’m not sure what is differentiating them from the others.
Here’s an example of new Ghost Type pledges where one of them has been processed and charged, and two have been processed and NOT actually charged. I believe these are the people have been unable to see the content.
My best advice would be to switch your payment method to PayPal, since it’s a large 3rd party company and they might have an easier time being processed by patreons systems.
I just wanted to keep you guys updated on this super lame thing that’s happening right now. Hopefully it gets fixed soon!
