About the shipping forms
Added 2017-07-16 09:44:32 +0000 UTCI know it's been a very long time... But forms will definitely be sent out to $15 tier patrons of December 2016 after Comiket. It takes about a week at the minimum for an order to arrive, hopefully that would be enough time for everyone to send me their forms. I will also be personally packaging and shipping them myself! How fun...
Since so many people have asked me about them, I'll be sure to print enough copies to make it available on the medicalwhiskey store.
