However, the recent piracy seems to be too fast. So I want to warn them. And the idea for the mini version seems to be a good promotion.👍

This is an interesting thought. The reason I became a patron was because I saw an older series of jared's posted somewhere online. I really liked it, so I looked up more of his work. Then I saw he has an active patreon, so I subscribe because I want to support the creation of his work and see all the new stuff 😁 I support whatever jared does to try and minimize piracy. But then you also must realize that new fans and patrons come to find his work because they see free/pirated stuff also. I think a good idea might be that jared makes a free-for-everyone "miniseries" (not a full story arc, just a short set of 20-30 ish images) once or twice a year, because that could attract more supporters. Then you keep the full sets for patrons only, and build in whatever anti-piracy mechanisms you need into those 😁

It's definately a shitting thing as it can take away your revenue and means of production. The silver lining for me is when I saw your pirated content posted however long ago, it made me become a patron of yours for a long time now! I hope you finally figure out who it is and end their piracy!

It's sad how people have to pirate stuff like yours, when it's not even expensive. If you can afford an internet connection and a PC, I'm sure you can afford actually paying for the renders. It's not like you're charging a fortune for them.. I haven't seen any of my Patreon exclusive work getting posted elsewhere, but I guess it depends on your popularity as a creator, and of course the content you make. But I think you should strike down on the person doing this. It's better to lose one patron than lose a lot of money to piracy.

Thank you for your comment! Some sites are copyright compliant, while others completely ignore it. Perhaps if blockchain technology becomes commonplace, it can be significantly reduced.

Thanks for the suggestion. My works are media files. It can be easily converted to other formats no matter what format I distribute. So even if I put the code like cd-keys and distribute it in the form of a package, it can be easily piracy by creating a screenshot or a video rip. Also, this way can annoy people like you. I'm not going to use any method or code that can bother my patrons and fans. Putting very little marks on the image won't bother you at all, but I can see where piracy could occur. There is only one reason I am posting this. I want that patron to stop piracy before I know who it is. Also, thank you for telling me something new. I know I can't completely stop piracy. At least I think people who see my work should know who made it. From the next work, I'll put an image to notice it. Also, it won't bother you at all. Maybe it will be a simple image. It would be nice to put it between the first half and the second half of FL.

One more thing, some ppl could buy ur work first and sell it somewherelse u nv know. and didnt mentioned ur name or something. thats pretty shitty. i dunno is it possible to add some verification code to stop those ppl. the code is always used in games like CD key. its one time thing. it could pretect ur work but maybe its a huge workload. just a thought
