The Fluffer - Page 8 [Ink]

Made quite a few mistakes while inking this. Didn't flesh out my initial sketch enough so I kept accidentally inking lines that I didn't want to use, like a dummy. Still, should hopefully all be fixable.

I took a tiny risk in the story telling here- originally I planned to actually show him opening the bottle outside and adding in some pills and talking about his whole plan, but not only did I feel like things flow a bit better if I do it this way- his sly expression in the last page kinda hints and what's going on clearly enough, and the context in this page should explain it well enough- it also gets us to the good stuff a page or two faster. It's been far too long since I drew some naughty bits so it was nice to come back to that. x3

Lemme know if it's confusing or unclear or anything, but I can't change much at this point so hopefully it's alright, hah.

You're good at mischievous expressions. Among other things, obviously.

I thought about adding some mention of it being opened somewhere, but it kinda didn't seem like big enough a deal to worry about it. Maybe I'm wrong on that, I dunno! If you wanna talk about continuity errors though, there's a pretty huge one that I noticed when I started this page that's actually going to require me going back and editing the last few pages to fix. I plan to do that when I upload the finished version. Feel free to search for it if you wish, it's a silly mistake. x3

I think your decision to omit the explanation was a smart one. The change of scenery (outside to inside) signifies a change enough, so adding in a slight time skip to after he's completed preparation for his plan works perfectly. The whole thing flows really well and works great! Nice choice :P Now, nit-picking continuity and safety PSA... He would have had to snap the cap for the bottled water in order to add them to the water. You should neeeever, eeeever drink anything that *should* be sealed and isn't and wasn't unsealed in your presence. Same thing with bars; never leave your drink unattended and come back to it, or drink something that you didn't see made in front of you! Anyways, just saying that our actress should be more vigilant about her safety, if she's being given an unsealed bottled water that should have come straight from the vending machine...!
