It's time for Joe to man up and come clean to the person he actually loves, and examine how he actually feels about what she put him through to get at the truth. If she takes him back, wonderful, if not, he's lost nothing else but his pride, and some dignity.

2023-09-10 21:26:09 +0000 UTCA good way. It keeps it exciting makes you eager for the next part. Plus other avenues have opened up. Does she accept Joe back? or does Joe get rejected? If Joe is rejected maybe Clarice takes Joe to her place and something forms between the two of them like a friendship ( or more). Joe learns more about how he feels while coping with the loss of his partner and the fallout of that night. Maybe Clarice becomes a guiding hand in Joe's rebirth as Josie. So many Juicy threads to follow. 😉
