One of the all time great movies. The age gap and the cultural differences are why u didn't enjoy it as much as others. James Brown, Ray Charles and Aretha Franklin are beyond stars they are legends.

The music, the music is simply great! "What kind of music are you folks playing here?" - "We have both kinds - Country AND Western" ... says it all!
