Scarface, clearly a classic. The same I would say about total recall, Wayne's world, datet, yeah sure it was fun when it came, SNL sketch on the silver screen, but yes it's dated. No, I don't think in a cute way, not yet, give it more years, it will either fade slowly away, or get a revival. But why, oh why, didn't Kung fu hustle get more votes, compared to scarface, it's more action packed, filled to the brim with humour, fantasy, love story and an a ending to fall in Love with. I will admit it doesn't have the serious tone as scarface does, but I am one of those guys who prefer an escape from reality, rather then see it also on the screen. Said that I see them all, not the new ones, they don't hold a candle to film from the 70-90s in my mind... But then again I'm old, probably sett in my ways... Scareface, will always be a classic, and somewhere, sometime I'm sure miss will see it.. ..hell she saw Jane Fondas workout video (unsure if that was another vote, if that was the case i find u voters kind of funny, and a tiny bit of 'evil' ๐). Well, I said my piece, I'm sorry if I have offended anyone, that is never my attention... But these votes, that I've seen on the 2 Patreon i follow, always seem to choose the most "easiest way", the film highest rated as a classic, never taking a chance on something original or fringe... But then again I am new here, so you guys probably nows best what will give the miss a film to have the best reaction to watching. Either way, I'm looking forward to see this reaction, as always.

2025-05-21 23:58:14 +0000 UTCAll really good movies. I chose Scarface because it is a very dark movie. Fits your personality. You might like Kung Fu Hustle as well as a very different kind of comedy.
