2023-07-15 08:46:42 +0000 UTCSo this is one of the best comic book movies in my opinion. Is this a spinoff? No, this is the end of the xmen franchise as it was. Disney bought the company that owned the rights to the xmen franchise after Logan and the two Deadpool movies came out. Which meant all the xmen movies including Logan and Deadpool are now Disney properties and they are moving in a all new direction at some point with the xmen franchise. Deadpool 3 is in production and will be coming out at a later date. What Disney will do with the xmen is unknown at this point. But they spent a ton of money on it so something is gunna happen, maybe the avengers and the xmen team up to fight a new evil force/bad guy. It remains to be seen. TY TY was a tremendous reaction and movie 5 out 5 for sure!!!

Unfortunately in professor Xs inability to control his powers because of his condition he is a grave danger to everyone in the world at all times especially when he is sleeping.

The mix of fantasy and grittiness is awesome. If your into graphic novels and liked this, I highly recommend "Old Man Logan" by Mark Millar. Similar story of an older charactered marvel universe. You mentioned you remembered a nicer Charles, the sad thing is my grandpa was the sweetest person until he got alzheimers, then he acted just like Charles does in this but meaner. That may be the reason I like this movie, reminds me of gpa in a weird morbid way.
