Jurassic Park , full and early

Comments

This movie basically launched the CGI era.

Jason

The name of the character he played was Kriss Kringle, but the same thing really.

FYI your reaction is a few seconds behind the movie in your video. I saw this in the theater a couple months after it released. My dad took me for my birthday (I was 9).

Greg S.

I watched it German dubbed when it was shown on TV. and yeah, Indiana Jones - Raiders of the lost ark is a great movie, maybe old but you'll love the plot and the humor.

I showed this to my 10 year old nephew a couple months ago and he loved it. It seemed to age well for him

This was based on a novel by Micheal Crichton published in 1990. I read the novel before seeing this in the theaters. I was amazed by this movie the effects were revolutionary at the time of course. It's just a fun movie with a little bit of everything in it. A classic in my opinion. Since Indiana Jones came up again I gunna recommend Raiders of the Lost Arc (1981). Raiders is one of my most favorite movies ever and i hope you get to see it soon. Thank you

He did play Santa Claus. Remake of Miracle on 34th Street. 1994. Richard Attenborough.

This movie ground breaking in 1993. It laid the groundwork for the special effects you see in movies today. The scary thing is real science very close to doing this today. Bring extinct animals back to life. Supposedly a wooly mammoth will be cloned within the next few years. Since you have heard of Steven Spielberg you should watch his other movies. One is E.T. the Extra-Terrestrail. The other is a little movie called Raiders of the Lost ark. It stars some little known actor named Harrison Ford.

The franchise gets a bit repetitive as it goes on. The third one had some particularly interesting additions that make that one worth watching, in my opinion. Not recalling the second one off the top of my head, unfortunately. This first one is burned in my memory for good. It is the one that made them famous.

Great movie. It's a childhood favorite of mine. We had to learn the music for highschool orchestra. The soundtrack still gives me goosebumps when I hear it. The tech, animatronics, and cgi were groundbreaking when I saw it in the absolutely packed theatre opening weekend. Also the sound design in the theatre was incredible. The T Rex roaring was one of the scariest things as a kid.
