Giantess Scarlet's Tit Smother!

Don't want it messing with the comic schedule but I also have a different buffer image for tomorrow if I need it. Anyway, always wanted to do more Giantess stuff and I got a pretty good excuse to explore it recently!
This might be made into an animation down the road... I imagine this is a dream of Isaac's, in more ways than one~
