I love the question of "Is he driving that thing or what?" Because a lot of people who watch/read mech stories would agree that Attack on Titan, especially with its themes that match up, would be a kind of Organic/Flesh Mech anime and manga.

Sometimes important context is connected to these post-credit scenes. There are a few episodes where this happens in Season 3 and especially 4. That being said, skip the previews because some a spoilerish. Also some of the intros can be spolierish as well especially in the second half of Season 3 and the second half of Season 4. Lastly, I hope you ladies also watch the side OAD (Original Animation Discs), sometimes referred to as OVAs, episodes. Here's the OAD watch order: Watch Season 1. Then you can watch OAD 2, 3 and both parts of OAD 4 - "No Regrets". Watch Season 2 up to episode 6 (31): Then you can watch both parts of OAD 6 - "Lost Girls: Wall Sina, Goodbye". Watch Season 3 up to episode 12 (49). Then you can watch both parts of OAD 7 - "Lost Girls: Lost in the Cruel World".
