Basic rules:
- Let's Keep It Simple. Single subject/animal in a basic setting. Please no crowds of people or complex situations involving a lot of backstory.
- No OC's, known people like celebrities or copyrighted characters please.

Two witches are in love & they made a permanent decision to become one by merging & transforming into an alligator. They begin transforming by embracing their final love making missionary position. The witch’s head lying on the bottom becomes the lower jaw, she looks very contorted, as her lumpy face has teeth extruding out of her head, while her lover on top becomes the upper jaw, with her eyes transforming as well. This merging metamorphosis is very beautiful & terrifying at the same time, this exquisite process looks as if the bottom witch sacrificed most of her merging body to her lover on top, the receding hair on both witches looks sexy.

Maybe as she's pulling on her stockings her changing legs/feet are ripping through them. She's more than a little angry about the transformation ruining her outfit.

Pair of monstrous, slavering cerberus heads grow from her shoulders. Half grown one is lapping at her growing snout/neck, and the other (mostly grown) is whispering saucy, seductive suggestions in her ear. Ear being whispered into is perked and listening attentively. Maybe a small nub of a tail wagging to show off how her will to resist is starting to crack. Dealer's choice on how much the rest of her is TF'd.

So, maybe a woman who teleported herself and is trying to pull herself out of the teleportation pod, still mostly human on one side of her body and a giant monstrous housefly on the other, looking around in confusion both as the result of the proccess as well as the alien thoughts now flooding her mind.

I always thought that the werewolf in that stage had a really cool design. And it would be great to see her “before” as a human, ripping off her clothing as the change begins. I’ve always thought a pair of before (human) and after (wolf) shots of our heroine would make for perfect bookends to this phenomenal series.

She is on all fours with a thin layer of hair sprouting over much of her body, with her hands in the final stages of becoming complete hooves with her face already starting to stretch into a snout. Her clothes are ripped and have fallen off, she only has a small backpack still on her person and her shoes on her hind legs. She manages to retrieve her cellphone and/or wallet with her teeth, but is forced to shake off her ruined clothes so she can escape. The sight of her tailed and expanded rear leave visibly distressed. Her eyes and her hair still look human despite the emerging changes to her face.

I don't have much of an idea but perhaps something with a scenario less represented or a species less represented. Perhaps like a Knight being cursed to be TF'd into a Dragon servant for the princess who turned out to be a wizard/witch. Or maybe like a Knight being unable to afford armor so he becomes an Anthro Pangolin warrior?

Her hands pawing at the air already hooves. Fur has grown under her armpits and has traveled down her still humsn body. Her legs are showing increased hair on them but not covered in fur yet, as her her heels snap to her lengthing feet, soles stretching and heels rising in the air but her feet are still recognizable but streched. Not quite hooves yet.
