Coming to your screens this June 2nd, 2025—40k words of all-new content for Tainted Souls, including random character lores in the form of drabbles that might be added to the main game in the foreseeable future.

What you can expect from this update:

Visit the Surname2 burial halls.
Meet the original host’s mother, have a quick chat, and accept the inheritance quest mission.
Share a moment with one of four ROs: One has crucial information. One treats you to a meal of sorts. One kisses you senseless. One repeats hurtful words you once said in the past.
Visit the biggest shopping mall in the heart of the imperial city.
Get attacked by a Fangwraith — fight, or be a damsel in distress.

This update brings the demo to a total of 125k words. It's a partial update, currently available only to the Carnivorous Tier on Patreon and the Fangwraith Tier on Ko-fi. The full update will be made public once the chapter is fully complete.

Fixes made to the current demo:

If players choose the option that lets them decide whether they’re a virgin or not, I’ve now added an if statement to block sex option with doctor Simon.
Rewired choice stats — there's no longer a Revenge, Uncertain, or Good Life path. Instead, there's a percentage bar that tracks the choices players select.
Choices tied to personality stats will now cause those stats to fluctuate.
Fixed gender errors where I didn’t differentiate properly between male and female Trysten/Trista.

Please note that this is an unfinished version of Chapter 3. I intend to revisit it, reread everything, and add additional scenes in the future.
