kidneys strike back

on top of that i almost tore a ligament on my knee so i have to start physiotherapy this week
so i might not post until next week
i deeply apologize for the intermission, but i have all week stacked with appointments and test, as well as having to reschedule my rutine to accommodate new activities for my health
