I've been writing this novel for around half a year as of the time of this post, and seeing it reach the top thirty listed on Rising Stars just this month was more than I'd ever dreamed of achieving. That alone made all the time and effort I put into the novel worth it.

This isn't going to stop any time soon! The story of Afterlife 2.0 isn't going to end, and I have so many plans for future novels that I want to try writing. So stay tuned, I'll be announcing everything as it happens here.

Anyway, you're likely here because I announced the Patreon, which means you're looking for goodies! I'll now post chapters here the moment I've finished editing them. What does that mean in practice? Well, I'm going to aim to have the Patreon a minimum of ten chapters ahead of Royal Road, and I will be spending the next few weeks getting to that point. I say minimum because I kind of want to go even further, maybe push it to twenty chapters or more. But whether I manage that depends on my writing speed, mental health, and how busy I am with my regular job, so no promises.

I'll probably also post some bonus chapters to expand the world in little ways. Nothing plot-essential, but maybe you'll want to see how the normies without main character energy are doing around Fateswatch or perhaps a chapter focused on Ellie before she died. I don't know! I want to hear what you guys are interested in reading about, and I will either conduct polls or pull ideas from the comment sections. (People who have been leaving comments on RR are my favourite people, by the way. I'm still reading every single one, even with the dozens of comments I receive every day.)
