Friday Fun Day...Part 2

Hey all! We got a few impromptu schedule additions today...so you can get questions in if you can get them in quickly before time expires!

TED 1x1 (John, Jon & Greg) - 3:30pm PT/ 6:30pm ET

BRIDGERTON 1x4 (John & Greg) - 5:30pm PT / 8:30pm ET

FRIENDLY REMINDER:

To keep our shoots on schedule, we’ll be answering up to 8 questions per video. If more than 8 come in, we’ll pick randomly from the pool. If time allows, we may take on extra, but that’s not guaranteed. Please limit it to one concise question per patron per shoot.

The Reel Rejects

this is not a Q&A but is this for today? or next friday? or an announcement for every friday?

PLD- I'm new to the Q&A and am genuinely trying to keep to the request for concise questions. However, as you'll note, brevity isn't my strength. So I've put portions of my question in (parentheses) to indicate you may wish/need to cut these bits to fit an acceptable length/time. The parentheses bits round out the question, but are not strictly necessary. So you can choose which version of my question works best for you, and edit accordingly. Thank you for the extra consideration!

Bridgerton 1x04: Dearest G & J! Welcome to the Ton!!! This episode first addresses the concept of race (in the Bridgerton universe). Though initially many viewers assumed Shonda Rhimes was keeping with her policy of complete "color-blind" casting, you'll (come to) see that the backgrounds of all the characters are very deliberate (to the larger story). This diverse casting is a a welcome shift for UK "costume dramas", (which traditionally exclude POC). Q?: If you could choose atypical actors for a genre of film/tv that traditionally has limited casting, which genre would you want to shake up (even if the alteration is not historically accurate)? (My pick: Either a World War II or Gladiator film with all female soldiers.)

Bridgerton : I’m sure by now you know every season it’s going to follow a love trope like season 1 is fake dating trope. Like I am an enemies to lovers girl. My question is do yall have a favorite or preference type of trope or a trope that you would be more interested to see?

Ana Karen

The Ted show is peak

Ted: I think it's amazing how the kid actor of Mark wahlberg's character has that strong Boston accent you could believe that this is the younger version of that character could you guys try speaking that accent I've tried and it doesn't really catch

AWESOMEJoe Movie Reviews

IMO the series tops the movies

Tapi Chimbetete

For bridgerton: Hey guys, so glad you’re reacting to the show! Do you have a favourite character so far? How do you feel about Anthony’s actions these past two episodes in his attempt to ‘protect’ Daphne?

yan victor

Ted: I love that yall are covering the show, I honestly think the show is better than the actual movies. Unlike the movies the episodes are evenly balanced and paced really well. Also Alanna Ubach as the mother is one the funnest part for me personally. I’m curious if y’all agree
