Now having seen Evil Dead and assuming the Spidey trilogy, how would you compare it to his other films in terms of style and tone? I love the campy tone throughout lol

Drag Me To Hell is one of my favs. I love the contrast of the first scene being horror right away instead of the classic calm intro that a lot of movies of this genre usually have. Do you think Christine had a genuine way out of the curse? It seems like a series of unfortunate events... but maybe, that was just part of the curse as well... Since Drag Me to Hell mixes brutal horror with almost cartoonish dark humor, do you think the movie works better when you’re laughing and screaming at the same time — or would it have been scarier if it played everything completely straight? Fun Fact: Director Sam Raimi deliberately designed the scares to feel mean but absurd — he said the goal was to make the audience laugh right before feeling uncomfortable, which is why so many gross-out moments hit like punchlines and nightmares at once.
