Soooooo my wife and I are doing a rewatch of stranger things and she noticed after we watched 5th season that in the very first season Vecna was trying to kidnap Holly when she was following the lights in Byers house in the the 3rd episode it’s called Holly, Jolly so the duffer brothers set up her to get taken from the very start since she was even more vulnerable then so this has all been a set up from the very beginning
