What did you think about the role The Flash plays in this version versus his Jostice League role pushing a families truck to safety? Also, any thoughts on the look of Stepannwolf in both versions? Can you believe they made the decision to cut Darkseid out entirely???

Since this is Aaron and Tara, I just want to elaborate on why we're getting this type of story now - right after starting a new universe with Man Of Steel and jumping to BvS. Snyder had every intention of doing solo films that lead up to an ensemble; however, Warner Bros execs freaked out over the lukewarm reception of Man Of Steel and were so eager to 'catch up to Marvel' they rushed Snyder to build the team, which opens the door to the 'Death of Superman' storyline and also bring in the DC cash cow = Batman. That's how we got BvS. Then after BvS's lukewarm to hate reaction from the public and critics, Warner Bros was pushing snyder to lighten it up (which he refused) and continued making what he intended. Snyder's daughter died - WB used it as a scapegoat to axe him - brought in Joss Whedon who did whatever the hell that was that was released called Justice League - now finally (not because of WB) but because of WB's then owner AT&T they released Zack Snyder's actual Justice League movie. This movie sets up literally over 10 spin offs, it was the perfect ensemble to spin off film I've ever seen. However, WB's then management had such an axe to grind with Snyder that they wanted to move on... without him but kinda with his characters and with The Rock. But (and personally, thankfully) WB was purchased again and Gunn has stepped in to restart everything. Start fresh, there's too much baggage - let's move on with something new. Here we are now Superman next week to start a whole new universe.
