i absolutely love jim carrey movies and this and the second ace ventura as most definitely some of my favorites. i can quote both of these movies so much.

We knew him as the "white dude" from In living color. My buddies and I went to see it in the theater, Feb 94'. I went on deployment in the Navy an stopped off in Japan in the summer and saw The Mask at the theater, then i got home in Dec of 94' and my girlfriend and I saw Dumb & Dumber. 3 hit movies in one year. Which is why after that he was making like 20 million per film for awhile.

2025-01-25 15:29:19 +0000 UTCI was so freaking happy when I saw this pop up! I'm relatively new to RR reactions (and the Patreon) so I don't think I've commented on here before. Now, I'd say it's my favorite reactor in this one, but TBH, I really don't think I have a favorite because every single one of yins is amazing and make my day SO much better (though admittedly, I am still learning some names). Seriously, I genuinely love watching along because even when I'm depressed af these reactions make me laugh my ass off, which is amazing β₯ pre-commenting, but cannot wait to watch this! And on top of that, I get THREE of the RR? :D I will say the thing that draws me in about this channel is the one thing I don't see enough with reactors is the knowledge. I'm not talking about like... knowing the movies or whatnot, but I'm someone who recognizes actors -constantly- in things so it's great to see others do the same. Drives me bonkers when I watch reactors that are clueless. And maybe it's the age bracket, idk (and no shade to them) but it's just so much more enjoyable for me personally to have people not only recognize actors, but look up things about the movie after the reactions - which I've seen yins do several times. You even know directors and composers - now THAT is impressive! Anywho, I'm gonna stop writing my novel and get ready to LMAO once again. Thanks RR! ETA: Yep. As I thought - laughed my ass off through the whole thing. And this is a movie I remember watching as a kid that gets a chuckle out of me every now and then watching it by myself, but the reaction was *chef's kiss* β₯ loved it! I don't remember the 2nd Ace Ventura movie as well (not even sure I've seen it fully, but I also remember the rhino butt scene, lol) and think yins should check it out.
