DO NOT GO GENTLE INTO THAT GOOD NIGHT!!! In honor of the IMAX re-release of Christopher Nolan's seminal space-epic, Coy & Tara are going back thru the wormhole.. Where would you rank this in the Nolan Pantheon???

INTERSTELLAR (2014) - Movie WATCH ALONG!!

Comments

If you feel you must! Sometimes with people it's hard to find people who haven't seen things but also sometimes you watch something and it's been so long that it feels like a first watch. We try to be upfront and say whether it's been seen or not but occasionally it gets forgotten in the intro. It's not like they are trying to hide it intentionally. - PLD

watched this reaction thinking neither had seen it. He says before the movie starts "presumably a delight" as if he hasnt seen it. Then after the movies ends he says he saw it in theaters 10 years ago but acts like its his first time watching through the whole movie. unsubscribed.

One of Nolan's best. You guys should watch The Martian if you haven't seen it.

Thanks for your reaction! "Interstellar" is for me such an all-encompassing science fiction tale that relegates itself to a level like "2001: A Space Odyssey" (1968). I see something new every time I watch it. Several years ago I watched a movie called "Rachel Getting Married", starring Rosemarie DeWitt in the title role and Anne Hathaway as her younger sister. Bill Irwin played their father, and in "Interstellar" he is the voice of TARS and was on set for some scenes. I also like Ellen Burstyn, a teacher at the Actors Studio, as the elder Murph. She is a strong single mom in Scorsese's "Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore" (1974) and a survivor in "Resurrection" (1980).

What a great reaction. It was a fun ride with this one. Tara's reaction to realizing that Coops was Murphs Ghost. That was all of us when we first watched this 10 years ago

I’m so glad you guys decided to react to this. It is my number favorite film. I’m a huge Nolan fan and the brothers never cease to find a way to compete with their past masterpieces. Watch Oppenheimer next!😏

The anniversary of that tragic day is around the corner and thought the film would be a great reaction.

Interesting choice! - PLD

Great reaction guys. This has to be one of my top favorite Nolan films. Hans Zimmer, one of the greatest composers, nailed it for this film.

Watched this immediately when I got home from work. I have seen it more than once before, but it has consistently floored me every time. Cried my eyes out, and I enjoyed it completely! Thanks for another great reaction, and everyone take care of each other and embrace the love!

I'll be watching this later this week. Any chance we can get a Pearl Harbor reaction.

Another great McConaughey film that would be a great reaction would be A Time to Kill. Definitely one of McConaughey’s most underrated films. Great lawyer drama.

Cody Price

waiting for the anniversary release to drop next week and then I'll watch this reaction.

djKENTO

Oh my God, this is a great surprise. I've seen several reactions to this and I still get goosebumps and tear up at moments. Can't wait to watch after work.
