2024-11-03 00:48:35 +0000 UTCPA2 is a prequel to PA1 and PA3 is a prequel to both PA1 & 2. Ghost Dimension and Marked Ones are different but fun. Marked Ones has a tie-in to the first 3 including 3 cameo's.

2024-10-30 03:46:20 +0000 UTCPA 3 is such an interesting film because of the marketing and who made it. They got the guys who did the Catfish documentary, Ariel Shculman and Henry Joost. The way MTV marketed Catfish was by revealing some of the best moments in the trailer, and rather than have their first big studio film ruin some of the creative new scares they came up with, they shot scenes that are tonally in line with the movie, but are only in the trailers. I think it's a brilliant move because it sold the audiences on this new take, and the new tone of PA3, but didn't give away specific moment or scare. I don't think any other movie could do this.
